Unqualified, Unintended, and the Least Likely

This is the Word of the Lord that has been impressed on my heart to share. Be careful in this season God is speaking things that may seem so unbelievable to the circumstances. Sarah laughed because she thought she was too old to birth the promise – nations. Moses was bewildered because he didn’t consider himself the best orator. Gideon was perplexed because he didn’t consider himself a warrior. It may seem you are unqualified, the unintended, the least likely considered yet there is greatness in you- each of you. One thing that it is evident. It is Clear He is doing a work for his glory in and through YOU!

Declare A Thing! A Radical Love Affair

This is a 28-day prayer journey to partake in daily scripture and prayer as couples will experience their own experiences, revelations, and God-experiences. Declare a Thing! is the personal covenant journey to get in the face of God, hear from God, and experience God in new ways. Declare a Thing! isn’t a prayer devotional that will overly interject the authors’ revelations or personal experiences. At the heart of this prayer devotional is that Declare a Thing! strengthens couples. The authors desire for couples to have the leading of God through this journey, have listening ears, pliable hearts, and teachable spirits, for the blossoming and maturation of each union. We (Katrina and Malcolm) have been earnestly worked to complete our first co-authored project. Together we have created a piece for the marriages of today. It is our hope that once our intended audiences have completed this journey through Declare A Thing! they would have found new ways to solidify their love…

SPOTTER

Written by Hal Todd – Guest Blogger I have to be obedient and share what the LORD GOD through the Holy Spirit commanded me to share with His People. People like to say “GOD won’t put more on you than you can handle” – the Spirit of the LORD says this is incorrect – GOD will absolutely put more on you than you can handle – what the Spirit says is that “The LORD GOD will not put more on you than His Son Jesus Christ can handle.” Since Jesus can handle It All – it’s no telling what will be put on us! GOD remembered me of my weightlifting days. I truly did not grow unless I was lifting weights that I could not handle. When I was lifting weights I could handle – it was easy! What was the difference between weights I could not handle and weights…

DO NOT HOLD BACK: THIS TIME YOU WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT WIN!

MEDITATE: Isaiah 54:2 “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.   God has commanded us in this season not to hold back. It seems many are going through some type of a transition. Transitions may encompass a promotion or what seems to be a demotion. Transitions may be a move to another city or country. The transition can be an empty nest, the building of a growing family, a wedding, or a marriage that has come to an end.   Whatever transition we find ourselves in, God is commanding us to be fearless :“do not hold back.” It is time to prepare for more room to be occupied, more souls to be saved, us proclaiming that Jesus saves with uncompromising boldness, more people hearing our story about the faithfulness of God, the compassion and grace that…

The Anointing in This Season Will Make You Unrecognizable & Slay Your Enemies

3054C541-A9A1-4B00-BC9F-47322E57E3F6 David defeated the uncircumcised Philistine, Goliath. When he did so, Saul asked who was he. I SAMUEL 17:40 So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him. 51 David ran and stood over him. He took hold of the Philistine’s sword and drew it from the sheath. After he killed him, he cut off his head with the sword 54 David took the Philistine’s head and brought it to Jerusalem; he put the Philistine’s weapons in his own tent. 55 As Saul watched David going out to meet the Philistine, he said to Abner, commander of the army, “Abner, whose son is that young man?”   In earlier text, scripture shares with us how Saul requested for David from the house of Jesse. David would play the lyre with such an anointing that it would cause tormenting spirits to depart…

Kingship Anointing: God’s Chosen

4DC7252F-D686-480F-9D7C-78BF1244F247   In proceeding verses in I Samuel 16 We see a father who has discounted his son, David, as a possible consideration as the future king of Israel. When Samuel, the prophet whom was sent by God himself, arrived to Jesse’s house, Jesse submitted seven of his eight sons before Samuel. As Samuel went to pour the oil on the other seven brothers, no oil would flow yet the oil flowed when David was called from the pasture shepherding the sheep. Initially, Samuel, was convinced that Eliab was God’s selected an anointed.   I Samuel 16:6 When they came, he looked on Eliab and thought, “Surely the Lord’s anointed is before him. “ But the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.”   Jesse called his sons (Abinadab and Shammah) to come before Samuel and neither were…

Grieve No More Over the Past: God has already Anointed Your Future

In the text, God asked the prophet, Samuel, why is it that he was so grieved because Saul was no longer king. Although Saul still had the office or title of king, he was not anointed as king. This is a reminder that we can be allowed to have an office or title in a certain dispensation of time yet our heart should always desire God’s presence and anointing on our assignment and appointment for every season. 1 Samuel 16: 1 The Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you grieve over Saul, since I have rejected him from being king over Israel?   (ESV) Here we see the humanism of the Prophet of the Lord. Samuel knows why Saul has been rejected as king.  Earlier in, 1 Samuel 13, God reveals that Saul did not wait for Samuel to arrive for the sacrifice and Saul partially obeyed God. Now in Chapter 16, Samuel found himself grieving over something…

Leadership Can Be Birthed in the Midst of Chaos

This is a collaboration effort. Yes my spouse and  I are sharing this platform as we share the Word of the Lord. We renewed our commitment to pray with one another each day about two and half years ago. During this time, God has spoken some amazing things.   Recently, we were praying about some things that seemed chaotic in our personal lives, things surrounding employment, chaos in the lives of family members and friends, and around the world. This particular morning a peace just washed over us . My husband, Mack, spoke something I thought was fitting. He spoke with authority as he was speaking by the leadership of the Holy Spirit. He said: this is not the time to bow down to fear and to be dismayed about chaos. In the midst of chaos there is great opportunity to hear the voice of the Lord. In the midst…
